There is no standardized form for my work as coaching has taken root in a myriad of forms, and the variety of environments in which we find coaching being used continues to expand. However, fundamental ground rules apply in the coaching process founded on basic trust and built on being real.
I believe the most effective way to transform is when the coach and the coachee create together a safe and courageous space for the work to unfold.
I work with individuals or small groups.
All conversations are scheduled weekly for 45 minutes and take place over the phone or via online platforms (Zoom, Skype...). The initial process is part self-discovery, part clarifying the goals to reach and the obstacles in the way. But ultimately, every presenting issue has within it the potential to learn, change and grow.
As your coach, I will be your steady companion throughout that journey.
