I focus a lot on the integration body- breath- movement with a meditative awareness.
Learn over the weeks to flow seamlessly using the breath as an anchor and a support.
Encourage the body to move naturally and become strong to support you in all your daily activities and more.
Journey towards inner and outer balance with confidence, grace, precision and simplicity.
