The Mind is so powerful, it plays a huge role in our experiences.
We have between 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day!
A simple regular meditation practice can be a rich and profound experience.
Allow yourself to pause and steady the flow between your thoughts and feelings.
With more insight and clarity, you are most likely to feel calmer, more positive, grounded and energized. I would love to share my practice with you at my home in Thames Ditton.
Come along with your little one who isn’t at school yet, they could play with the toys here.
The meditation will run every Tuesdays from 2.00-2.30pm and you are welcome to stay till 3.00pm for a cuppa, a chat and a good laugh.
